The hotel is in a great location. Close to restaurants and trolley locations for easy transportation. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great along with complimentary happy hour. Nice touch to give $25 credit to use ar restaurant. The ladies that worked the morning breakfast were extremely helpful. The street parking was convenient.

Location was great - close to the beaches of Longboat Key and St Armands Circle. The rooms are great - very spacious - with lovely views of the bay. Little kitchenette is a good bonus with fridge and microwave. The bathroom area is also a great size with large shower. Breakfast is good with a lot of choice including freshly made omelettes which are really lovely.

The location was great. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the staff overall was super attentive.

Breakfast was great with lots of variety. The Bridges restaurant was a great choice to dine. Compliments to the chef for a job well done. We ordered the key lime crab cracks and the shrimp and chorizo with grits. Both were absolutely phenomenal.

Location is great, close to main street. The room did not have carpeting which is a bonus. We escalated issues about cleaning and the staff resolved our problem immediately. Their staff really delivers great customer service. Very good breakfast and bar on the 8th floor.

Your picture prior to booking did not even come close to location or room. At check in we were up charged $345.57 for a room with one queen and a pull out couch. Property located at the busiest intersection in Sarasota. Parking terrible..
